This page describes an offering in preparation. Offsite Virtual Pro does not currently act as an employer of record and does not handle employment administration on anyone’s behalf today, so nothing here is available to buy.
The transition path depends on our Employer of Record service, which is also still being prepared. When both are ready, this page will be rewritten to describe the service as it actually works and the “coming soon” treatment will come off.

What is live,
Two things, kept separate on purpose, so nobody reads this page as a service they can start today.

Recruited professionals on a managed arrangement, with an account manager, quality control and cover when someone is away. This is live now and is how most clients work with us.
In preparation
Independent Contractor Transitions, the path described on this page. It depends on our Employer of Record service, which is also still being prepared, so neither is available to buy yet.

Can I move my contractors over today?
Not yet. Today we recruit and place professionals on a managed arrangement, which is a different thing. If you need something now, Custom Recruiting is the path that is live.
What will it cover exactly?
That is being worked through and we are not going to guess at it here. The scope, the timeline and the commercial terms will all be set out on this page once they are confirmed.
Does this mean Offsite Virtual Pro will employ my contractors?
We are not making that claim. Offsite Virtual Pro does not act as an employer of record today. What this path will and will not include is part of what is still being confirmed.
