What We Do · Co-Management
Your managers direct the work. We hold the rest.
For teams that want to stay close to the day-to-day. You set the priorities and the standard; we stay responsible for the account management, the quality checks and the cover behind the placement.

What this model is
Close to your team,
Co-Management suits teams who already know how they want the work done and would rather direct it themselves than brief someone else to direct it. The person is recruited and supported by us, but the day-to-day direction comes from your managers.
This page is written at the level we can describe honestly today. The specifics of how responsibility is divided, what is reviewed and how often, are still being confirmed, so take the detail below as the shape of the model rather than its final terms.
How it works
Who holds
The split below is the general shape of a co-managed arrangement. The exact line is set per engagement.
Your managers direct the work
Day-to-day priorities, feedback and the standard the work is held to stay with your team, because they are closest to it.
We hold the support around it
Account management, quality checks, cover during absences and the replacement policy stay with us, as they do on every other arrangement.
One shared view
Both sides see the same picture of what is happening, so a problem gets raised once rather than twice.
Scope agreed per engagement
Exactly where the line sits between your managers and ours is set per engagement. The standard split has not been fixed yet.
Questions
Co-Management,
Where an answer is not settled yet, this says so rather than guessing.
Who manages the day-to-day work?
Your managers do. They set priorities, give feedback and hold the standard. We stay responsible for the support around the placement rather than for directing the work itself.
What does Offsite Virtual Pro stay responsible for?
The things that sit behind every arrangement with us: a dedicated account manager, quality control on the engagement, cover during absences and turnover, and a replacement at no extra cost if the fit is wrong.
How is the split agreed?
Per engagement, during the consultation. A standard division has not been fixed yet, which is why this page describes the shape of the model rather than a fixed set of terms.
Is this different from a managed placement?
The person is recruited and supported the same way. What changes is where direction comes from: on a managed placement we carry more of that, and under co-management your managers do.
