We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote) to join our team immediately!


Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Campaign Management:

    • Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
    • Ensure consistent branding across all accounts and channels.
  2. Content Management:

    • Upload videos and graphics, manage account updates, and handle reviews.
    • Research audience profiles and collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies.
    • Use content management systems and tweak builders to adjust content.
  3. Engagement and Partnerships:

    • Create events or promotions to boost customer engagement.
    • Research influencers, products, and businesses for strategic partnerships.
    • Set up accounts, liaise with affiliates, and manage affiliate payouts.
  4. Performance Monitoring:

    • Track KPIs, modify bids or budgets, and review keyword performance.
    • Prepare progress reports and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
    • Gather insights on competitors’ strategies and trends to improve effectiveness.
  5. SEO and Lead Generation:

    • Conduct keyword research and execute SEO strategies.
    • Manage contact databases and assist with lead generation activities.
  6. General Tasks:

    • Conduct general administrative tasks as needed.
    • Take on ad hoc projects to support the team.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Education:

    • A bachelor’s degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses.
  • Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing.
    • Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal, at least B2 level).
    • Knowledge of layouts, typography, print, and web design.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, or similar graphic design tools.
    • A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
  • Work Requirements:

    • Availability to work during US hours (graveyard shift).

Technical Requirements

  • Equipment:

    • USB headset with noise cancellation.
    • Working webcam.
    • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Internet Connection:

    • Primary: Minimum 25 Mbps (cable connection).
    • Backup: Minimum 10 Mbps.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range

  • Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 53,000/month.
  • Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 67,000/month.
  • Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 78,000/month.

Schedule and Location

  • Hours: US work hours (20-40 hours per week).
  • Location: Fully remote.

Monthly Salary: PHP 53,000–78,000 ($880–$1,000).
