Thank you for your interest in Offsite Virtual Pro and our suite of applications and services (the “Services”) provided by Offsite Virtual Pro Inc. (“Offsite Virtual Pro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Our mission is to help businesses connect with highly skilled virtual assistants and streamline their daily operations using our web and mobile platforms, communication tools, and any associated software and services.
We are committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and ethical environment across our network of clients and assistants. This Prohibited Services Policy (the “Policy”) outlines certain categories of services, requests, and behaviors that are strictly forbidden on our platform.
This Policy works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and all are subject to periodic updates. Continued use of our Services means you acknowledge and accept these updates.
Definitions
Terms such as “Subscription Payments,” “Service Payments,” or similar variations refer to recurring payments made for virtual assistant services, processed securely through our financial partner, Stripe. Each payment is linked to an official invoice. Offsite Virtual Pro reserves the right to determine what qualifies as valid Subscription Payments in the event of any dispute.
Using any part of our Services implies your agreement with this Policy.
What This Policy Covers
Offsite Virtual Pro functions as a digital workplace that matches clients with qualified virtual assistants and remote professionals. While we aim to offer a broad range of virtual support services, there are certain requests and behaviors that are explicitly forbidden due to ethical, legal, and operational concerns. These are referred to collectively as Prohibited Services.
Our enforcement of this Policy is not intended to discriminate against any individual or group on the basis of race, gender identity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic. Categories of Prohibited Services
Inappropriate or Sexualized Services
Prostitution or Escort Services – Requests involving payment for romantic companionship or sexual contact are not allowed.
Compensated Dating – Hiring a virtual assistant for dating or romantic companionship, in person or virtually, is strictly forbidden.
Sexualized Roleplay or Behavior – This includes requests for specific attire, conduct, or conversation that carries a sexual undertone.
Unlicensed Massage Services – Requests involving physical services that require certification or licensing.
Vague Sexual Requests – Any unclear or ambiguous task that may be interpreted as sexual or romantic in nature.
Adult Content Production
Active Roles in Pornographic Production – Hiring assistants to engage in sexually explicit acts for filming or content creation.
Support Roles in Pornographic Content – Hiring for filming, editing, or managing any part of pornographic content creation.
Illegal Substances and Drugs
Requests related to the purchase, sale, delivery, or creation of substances prohibited by law in any jurisdiction.
Simulated or Real Violence
Staged Abductions or Assaults – Simulated acts of violence, even if agreed upon, are not permitted.
Property Damage – Instructing assistants to damage or interfere with another person’s property.
Verbal, Physical, or Sexual Assault – Any form of requested assault or harassment.
Harassment and Intimidation – Including stalking, threats, or unwanted communications.
Cumulative Violations
Hiring for individual roles that, when combined, create a prohibited service (e.g., hiring separate roles for a pornographic production).
Distasteful or Inappropriate Requests
Offsite Virtual Pro retains the right to classify additional actions as “distasteful” and to prohibit them based on reasonable judgment. This includes services that are disrespectful, deceptive, or borderline abusive, even if consensual among parties.
Business Transactions Outside of Our Platform
Direct Payments or Transfers – No payments may be made directly between users and assistants outside our invoicing system.
Business Ventures – Users may not initiate or offer business proposals, investments, or partnerships with Offsite Virtual Pro assistants or staff.
External Engagements – Assistants may not be hired for projects outside the scope of our authorized platform agreements.
Alternative Compensation – No payments are allowed outside our Stripe-subscription billing structure.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination.
Enforcement and Account Deactivation
Any attempt to request or offer a prohibited service, whether intentional or accidental, may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account. In cases involving serious misconduct, we reserve the right to report the incident to relevant legal authorities.
Reactivation of accounts following policy violation is not guaranteed and will require an internal review. To inquire about the reactivation process, please contact legal@offsitevirtualpro.com.

We ask all users of our platform to uphold the values of integrity, professionalism, and safety. Please refrain from engaging in or requesting any service that violates this Policy.
Additional Prohibited Conduct
When using Offsite Virtual Pro, you agree not to:
Impersonate other individuals or businesses
Threaten, harass, or endanger others
Violate any local or international laws
Interfere with platform operations or services
Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal
Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights
Upload malware or harmful code
Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized tools to access data
Reverse engineer or replicate our software
Sell, rent, or transfer your account
Discriminate or harass others based on protected characteristics
