We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (Remote) to join our team immediately!
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary duties include:
Lead Generation:
- Contact potential and existing customers through various channels to build a pipeline of leads.
- Engage with prospects, build rapport, and determine how our products/services align with their needs.
Sales Coordination:
- Schedule sales demos and meetings with prospective clients.
- Set up and manage a CRM or contact list to track leads.
Team Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategy.
- Set sales goals, monitor progress, and report on team performance.
Customer Interaction:
- Handle inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
- Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys, compiling data into reports for analysis.
Administrative Support:
- Conduct general administrative tasks as needed.
- Take on ad hoc projects to support the team.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate course.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and managing customer relationships.
Skills:
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal, at least C1 level).
- Proficiency with phone, email, and instant messaging platforms.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with clients.
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with CRM systems, VoIP, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with word processing and spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling platforms (e.g., Google Calendar).
Work Requirements:
- Availability to work during US hours (graveyard shift).
Technical Requirements
To perform your role effectively, you will need:
- A USB headset with noise cancellation.
- A working webcam.
- A computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Stable internet connection:
- Primary: Minimum 25 Mbps (cable connection).
- Backup: Minimum 10 Mbps.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range
- Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 48,000/month.
- Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 61,500/month.
- Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 70,000/month.

Schedule and Location
- Hours: US work hours (20-40 hours per week).
