📌 Bookkeeper (Remote)

We’re currently looking for a Remote Bookkeeper to join our growing network of professionals!
📝 Duties & Responsibilities (may include but not limited to):
Monitor contracts and agreements with vendors, consultants, banks, tenants, contractors, and municipalities.
Handle accounts receivable including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue tracking.
Reconcile all accounts as needed to maintain financial accuracy.
Oversee bank reconciliation and manage financial data entry.
Gather financial data for monthly reporting.
Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in managing company books and records.
Perform various ad hoc bookkeeping and accounting-related tasks.
✅ Qualifications:
At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience (preferably with international clients)
Knowledge of US taxation is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
Strong grasp of accounting and financial terminology
Proficient in tools such as QuickBooks, Asana, and Excel
Tech-savvy with familiarity in cloud platforms, VoIP, and remote tools
Experienced in MS Office, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
Highly proactive and detail-oriented
Must be willing to work graveyard shifts
💻 Technical Requirements:
USB headset with noise cancellation
Working webcam
Main and backup computer (minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 4GB RAM)
Wired internet connection (Main: 25 Mbps | Backup: 10 Mbps)

US Working Hours (20–40 hours/week)

💰 Salary Range (with HMO):
