We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to join our team immediately!
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key duties will include:
Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and effective communication.
- Take extra steps to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
Documentation and Processes:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Update customer accounts and organize relevant documents.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
Ad Hoc Support:
- Provide additional support and complete ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in either a B2C or B2B environment.
Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal, at least B2 level).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in phone, email, and instant messaging communication.
- Confidence, proactivity, and attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM systems, and VoIP technology.
- Experience with word processing and spreadsheet tools (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling platforms (e.g., Google Calendar).
Work Requirements:
- Availability to work during US hours (graveyard shift).
Technical Requirements
To perform effectively in this role, you’ll need:
Equipment:
- USB headset with noise cancellation.
- Working webcam.
- Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
Internet Connection:
- Primary: Minimum 25 Mbps (cable connection).
- Backup: Minimum 10 Mbps.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range
- Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 31,000/month.
- Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 42,000/month.
- Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 53,000/month.

Schedule and Location
- Hours: US work hours (20-40 hours per week).
- Location: Fully remote.

Monthly Salary: PHP 31,000–53,000 ($585–$970).
